Support Tickets

The built-in support ticket system lets you communicate with the Outcron support team directly from the dashboard.

Creating a Ticket

Navigate to Support and click New Ticket. Provide a subject and description of your issue. You can attach files up to the default limits of 10 MiB per file, 25 MiB total payload, and 5 files per ticket or update. Upload requests allow a 26 MiB HTTP body so multipart overhead has room.

Ticket Statuses

StatusDescription
openNew ticket, awaiting initial review
waiting_on_outcronThe Outcron support team is working on it
waiting_on_customerA response from you is needed
resolvedThe issue has been resolved
closedThe ticket is closed

Updates

Each ticket has a conversation thread. The ticket creator can post updates and change ticket details. Other active org users can view tickets in their org, and selected observers can be added so they receive notifications. Support-team replies and status changes notify the creator and observers; customer-originated creation, updates, and status changes notify the support mailbox.

Notification delivery is best-effort. If an email cannot be sent, the ticket change still succeeds and the response may include a warning.

Access

All authenticated org users can create and view support tickets for their org. Only the ticket creator can edit subject, status, observers, or post updates from the customer side. API key authentication is not accepted for support endpoints — a user session is required.

Ticket detail responses embed observers, updates, and attachments with a 1000-item cap per collection. Oversized tickets return an error instead of loading unbounded history.
